How the Appointment Process Works...

You must be a Taos County resident and have a working E-mail account to schedule on-line.

If you do not have E-mail, please call TFFF at 575- 240-8549 (M - Th, 7:30AM - 3:30PM) for assistance.
Animals must weigh at least three pounds and be at least three months old. Dogs under 125 lbs. only. Services will include spay/neuter, vaccinations and for owned (pet) animals, a micro-chip. We will register your info with the micro-chip company so there is nothing further you need to do.  All services are free.

Click on the above link to Book Your Appointment. Please limit your appointments to two animals per day.

If approved, you will receive a confirmation E-mail and the Surgical Consent Form in a separate E-mail. The Consent Form serves as the legal agreement between you and TFFF-SNS. Please read it carefully and, if you agree, sign it on your device and click on the dark blue button, ‘Send to Clinic’.

Appointments are generally available from Monday to Thursday, between 7:30 and 8:30AM. If no appointments are available, please check back in a few days because new appointments are added to the calendar daily.

ATTENTION:  Feral Cat Trappers!           >>>Do Not Make On-Line Appointments <<<

You do not need to, nor should you, schedule appointments at the clinic. TNR feral cats are accepted at the clinic on a WALK-IN basis only. To participate, you must be a Taos County resident and enroll in the TNR program by calling Leanne Mitchell at 575-758-3519. We lend you a humane trap and provide trapping instructions. TNR walk-ins are limited to one cat per person per day. ALL WALK-IN TNR CATS MUST BE INSIDE TRAPS. Carriers and cages are not permitted.

Your Pets' Safety is Our Top Priority

Our vet team has helped thousands of cats and dogs. Certain animal health conditions and certain breeds may pose too high of a risk for spay/neuter. We may not be able to detect such issues until the animal is examined at the clinic. We will contact you ASAP if our vet team has any concerns.
